Our story

Weldon Agencies is a family run agency established in 1979.  Barrie the founder of Weldon Agencies has a wealth of experience and has seen many changes in the industry throughout his career.Carol, Barrie’s wife joined the agency in the early 90’s when the industry began to change. As trade between nations became easier it was no longer necessary to have a head office in every country.  Selling Agents took on more responsibility.
Carol trained in accountancy, joined the agency to look after the back office duties, payment plans, credit control, returns etc. 

Andrew the son, joined the agency at the beginning of 2002. After university and travelling Andrew joined to help bring the agency into the digital era, as the internet was growing and Weldon Agencies needed to embrace this new digital era.

Weldon Agencies has an excellent reputation. Within in our Agency we aim to cover all areas of the Childrenswear market.  From Traditional to modern, from babies to teenagers, from low price point to mid-high price points. At our showrooms you will find that all out brands offer something different, none conflict and this is the basic rule of our Agency.  This ensures you, the client has as much variety and choice as possible, all from one Agency.
